How To Remove Chocolate Stains From Clothes?

Start off with removing as much chocolate as possible by scooping it with a spoon.

Then you need to rinse the stained area with cold water. Don’t use hot water because the heat will set the stain making it so much harder to remove.

Once you do that it’s time to grab your liquid laundry detergent and apply it directly to the affected area. Let it sit for 10 minutes before soaking your clothing item in cold water.

Make sure that you rub the laundry detergent in the stain with your fingers which will remove it.

If case the stain remains after following these steps then you need to grab a stain remover and follow the instructions on the package. You can also use oxygen bleach which works very well.

Now that you successfully got rid of the stain – throw your clothing item in the washing machine and wash as usual.

How To Remove Chocolate Stains From Your Carpet?

If you accidentally dropped chocolate on your carpet – don’t panic!

Start off with scooping up the excess with a spoon but be gentle!

Then mix a tablespoon of liquid soap with 2 cups of water (again, avoid using hot water). Dampen a cloth with the mixture and blot the stained area with it. Do not rub or wipe.

Next, once you are happy with the result, use a dry cloth to remove the soapy water.
